How do I create an account?
Open the app and tap Sign Up on the login screen. You can register with your email address or sign in with Apple.
How do I rate a bathroom?
Find a location on the map or search for a business, then tap "Rate This Bathroom Now." You can rate Overall quality, Cleanliness, TP & Soap supply, and indicate whether there's a baby changing station. Photos are optional.
Why does the app need my location?
Location is used to show you rated bathrooms near you on the map. We only access your location while you're using the app and never store it on our servers.
How do I search for bathrooms in another city?
Tap the search bar at the top of the screen and type any business name, city, or location. Results will appear in the list and on the map.
Can I edit or delete a review I submitted?
At this time reviews cannot be edited after submission. If you need a review removed please email us at support@bathroombadge.com with the details.
How do I switch between light and dark mode?
Tap the sun or moon icon in the top right corner of the main screen to toggle between light and dark mode.
How do I get directions to a bathroom?
Tap any location to open its detail page, then choose Open in Apple Maps, Google Maps, or Waze.
How do I delete my account?
You can submit an account deletion request at bathroombadge.com/cancel. Your personal information will be permanently deleted within 7 business days.
Is Bathroom Badge free?
Yes — Bathroom Badge is completely free to download and use on both iOS and Android.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
